Meet LeeAnn Sears
Working as a successful businesswoman in East Texas for many years, LeeAnn Sears has developed solid, ethical practices that thrive in today’s environment. Raising two sons in East Texas has shown LeeAnn what a blessing it is to live in the Piney Woods and the beautiful Tri-Lakes area.
Reared in the Dallas area, LeeAnn has an effective combination of southern charm and urban tenacity. She likes to win (for her clients). Anyone who knows her knows that she has learned to win with a calm demeanor and a smile. Her philosophy is simple. She believes that to be a success she must help others to be successful. It’s a big deal. That explains her attraction to the real estate market. It brings her the greatest joy to bring property buyers and sellers together. It’s been said that she is an “excellent matchmaker.”

In her spare time, LeeAnn likes to spend time with family and friends, travel, listen to live music, and hang out at the lake. She also enjoys cooking and horseback riding. LeeAnn and her family have a beautiful 42-acre ranch that is peaceful but not too far from all the fun. She is right in the middle of the Tri-Lakes Area, Mt. Vernon, and Mt. Pleasant, which gives her quick access to all the properties here.
